ACASA was launched in 2011 as a Partnership Project between Age Concern España, The British Embassy and Age UK.
It is a National Charity that runs Public Awareness Programs and provides information and advice in English on integration into Spanish life and issues affecting the over 50s.
ACASA is also the National Casework Service of Age Concern España. Our volunteers visit clients at home where the situation is such that it requires direct intervention. They provide practical advice and where necessary will try to source financial support. We do not provide direct care services. The emphasis is on self help and enabling the client to take action for themselves.
ACASA’s services are available for people over 50 years old and those of any age who serve or used to serve in the British Armed Forces, and their families.
