Questionnaire - moving / living abroad
Thinking of moving abroad or already there?
Age Concern England is working to make sure that older people living abroad are not forgotten about.
A new life abroad can be a great adventure and many people will never look back. However a minority of people may experience a change in circumstance which is made more difficult to cope with by living abroad. These people may find themselves in difficult situations but feel isolated from services and support to help them cope.
As a result Age Concern England have begun a programme of work for Older People from the UK who are Residing Abroad (OPRA). The OPRA project is beginning by mapping the experiences and services available for those who have or are thinking of moving abroad.
So whether you are about to embark on an adventure in a new country‚ returning to the country you were born in‚ living part of the year overseas or returning to the UK after living abroad we want to hear from you.
