The talk arranged by Age Concern on teleasistencia, which was to have been given by ST Servicios de Teleasistencia on Tuesday May 13th at 11.00 has been cancelled as the Company involved pulled out on the 10th May. Age Concern can only apologise for any inconvenience caused. The Company said that they were not ready to give the talk!
Age Concern has arranged a talk, in English on teleasistencia, to be given by ST Servicios de Teleasistencia.
It will be held in the Age Concern Drop-in-Centre on Tuesday May 13th at 11.00.
This will interest people who are non-resident but require one, or people who are resident but do not meet the criteria for the local authority to supply one. Teleasistencia allows a person, at the press of a button, to speak to a someone about the problem (say a fall) they have so that assistance can be sent. Help is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
